There is space for 1 x BYO rail per booking with your stall
Access to power outlets for minimal stalls (nil cords)Access to bathrooms + accessibility and a baby change table.
You are welcome to email us to discuss a stall before payment if you have specific size or product questions - a photo always helps!
CHANGE ROOM ACCESS:
Airconditioned Communal Change Room
Expected to be a predominantly female-identifying space
No curtains/stalls available
Stand-up mirrors along 1 x wall
Chairs for access if needed
No security/cameras in the communal changing room
STALL HOLDER PAYMENTS AT YOUR STALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each stallholder is in charge of their own payment and payment terms
Bring your payment needs and cash/change/sign/or machine.
The stalls are not powered, so if you need a power bank, bring it along.
Charge your phone if needed.
Stallholders are responsible for your pricing, price tags, float, and cash/point of sale/transactions
We have let the general public know via the promotional material that cash, card, PayID & PayPal may be accepted depending on the stall holder
There is no ATM on site (closest at ‘Old Coles’, which is within 150m walking distance on King St)
Please ensure that you are prepared with cash/change, mobile data and any technology that is needed is charged and ready to take your payments
The Gallery Team, Market Hosts and organisers are not responsible for product or payment security per stall, please note and watch your stall.

ENTRY INFO FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY, GUESTS & SHOPPERS:
Entry is free, with welcoming staff and volunteers in the Gallery Store and the My Clarence Valley Information Centre based in historic Prentice House
After entry, guests can follow the verhanda around the front to the cafe, across the courtyard to enter the Main Gallery or take the ramp to cross the courtyard
Donations are welcome at the door, with funds going to Grafton Regional Gallery or via a QR code inside the gallery.
WEATHER:
This event is an all-weather event.
ACCESSIBLE TOILET LOCATION:
There is a large accessible bathroom with support handles, a shower, chair access and a baby change table on the western verandah. It is located next to Male and Female toilets on the western side of the deck.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING:
There is one marked Disabled car space in the car park accessed by the Eastern driveway and a side entry gate that is wide enough for prams, mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
There is free street parking in front of the building on Fitzroy Street, with ramp access.
HEARING LOOP ACCESS:
The Grafton Regional Gallery has Hearing Loop technology installed for guests to provide an assistive listening system. As the Team for Info.
