Subscriptions + Lizard Levels
Please read the T&C’s of the Lizard Lounge Level you commit to.
Payment reoccurrence is charged in line with your subscription level, reoccurring weekly, monthly or annually on your specific sign up date.
You are free to end your subscription or change your level/access at any time. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Payments
All payments are taken securely via PAYPAL or STRIPE.
We do not keep payment information or credit card details online. The Purchase must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the payment screen. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).
The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. While every endeavour is made to ensure every charitable giving experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder’s authorisation, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider by their reporting rules and procedures.

Refund Policy
We are grateful for your purchase, donation, or financial support of our organisation.
Donations and other monies are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your purchase or other payment or change your mind about contributing to our organisation, please contact us.
Refunds are entirely at our discretion andare returned using the original method of payment.
If you have made your donation or other payment by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. (Current as of March 2021).
